Snake Plants make amazing house plants for so many reasons — they thrive in most light conditions, forgive you if you forget to water, and make the perfect floor plant. @michellemartelathome placed hers in her entryway next to this beautiful Engineer Print template.

6. Cactus

Cacti are tried and true plants for those of us who tend to be forgetful or simply lack a green thumb. The majority of succulents love to bake in the sun and only need a limited amount of water, so they’re quick to forgive you on the weeks you forget. Plus, they’re super cute!
