Read along to see just how it&#8217;s done.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; float: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.parabo.press\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/one.jpg\" alt=\"How to Make Photo Print Party Hats\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>GATHER YOUR SUPPLIES:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>One <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parabo.press\/artprint\">Print<\/a>\u00a0&#8211; we used a 12&#215;17&#8243; size<\/li>\n<li>Tinsel<\/li>\n<li>String<\/li>\n<li>A Dinner Plate<\/li>\n<li>Tape<\/li>\n<li>Scissors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; float: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.parabo.press\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/two.jpg\" alt=\"How to Make Photo Print Party Hats\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>STEP 1: CIRCLE UP<\/h3>\n<p>Place your dinner plate upside down on your print, and trace a circle onto the print.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; float: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.parabo.press\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/three.jpg\" alt=\"How to Make Photo Print Party Hats\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>STEP 2: THE FIRST CUT IS THE ROUNDEST<\/h3>\n<p>Use the mark you just made to guide you, and cut out that circle.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; float: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.parabo.press\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/four.jpg\" alt=\"How to Make Photo Print Party Hats\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>STEP 3: HALF AND HALF<\/h3>\n<p>You only need half a circle to make a hat, so cut your circle in half. Yup, you&#8217;re about to have two hats!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; float: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.parabo.press\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/five.jpg\" alt=\"How to Make Photo Print Party Hats\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>STEP 4: ROLL AND TAPE<\/h3>\n<p>Roll up your half circle into a cone, and tape it together. Oh, it&#8217;s already looking quite party hat like!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; float: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.parabo.press\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/six.jpg\" alt=\"How to Make Photo Print Party Hats\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>STEP 5: CHIN STRAPS<\/h3>\n<p>Tape two strings to the inside of your hat. Tie a knot in the string above the tape to help it from sliding out from its sticky grasp.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; float: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.parabo.press\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/eight.jpg\" alt=\"How to Make Photo Print Party Hats\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>STEP 6: ADD SOME SPARKLE<\/h3>\n<p>Add a poof of tinsel to the to of your hat. Tie that hat onto your head and ta-da!
